Imperial, De Guzman, Abalos & Co., Inc. is a stock corporation incorporated under the laws of the Philippines and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 28, 1970, per Registration No. 40340. The Company is organized to primarily engaged in buying, selling, and dealing in stocks, and all activities directly connected therewith or incidental thereto, for its own account as a dealer or for the account of others as a stockbroker. On October 31, 2019, the SEC approved the extension of the corporate term of the Company for another 50 years.

 

Imperial, De Guzman, Abalos & Co., Inc. has been a member of good standing in the stock exchange for the past 50 years since it started operations in 1970 in the old Manila Stock Exchange in Binondo. Moreover, this stock-brokerage firm is affiliated with United Laboratories, Inc., the flagship of the business group founded by Mr. Jose Y. Campos after world-war II. Unilab is the leader in the Philippine pharmaceutical industry and one of the largest in this part of the world. It is also affiliated with Greenfield Development Corporation, a major player in the country's real estate industry.
